Your data, your rules
We built PresaleIQ for enterprises where data sensitivity is non-negotiable.
Configurable retention
Choose None, Analyses Only, or Full retention per organisation. SaaS customers default to None — transcript and raw JSON scrubbed after delivery.
Encrypted credentials
ServiceNow (and other platform) credentials are stored with Fernet symmetric encryption. Keys are environment-controlled and never logged.
Org isolation
Each organisation is fully isolated. No cross-tenant data access. Role-based controls ensure only authorised users can view or export analyses.
Self-hosted option
Enterprise customers can deploy PresaleIQ on their own infrastructure — full control over the database, storage, and AI model routing.
Audit trail
Every analysis, export, and push action is time-stamped against the user who performed it. Full activity log available to Org Admins.
No training on your data
Your transcripts and client data are never used to train AI models. All AI processing is governed by strict data processing agreements — your data is never used for model training.
